Types of Neon Clocks |

There are so many manufacturers, each making several styles of clocks, that this series of pages was tough to conceptualize. This categorization will start with general types, and work towards specifics. Then, each type will list the manufacturers that produced the specific type.

These clocks were designed to be hung indoors. Although you will find some of these types built solid enough to take the outdoor weather, such as Glo-Dial clocks, you most typically find these clocks indoors. |

Similar to the statement about indoor clocks, "outdoor" clocks are often found indoors. It's great when they were installed indoors, because you will typically find a very well preserved clock. However, they were designed to be hung outdoors. |

No doubt about it, these are indoor clocks. There are a variety of table top clocks that use neon to light them, most notably Lackner Neon-Glo clocks. With very few exceptions, this web site will only show the clocks that lent themselves to be utilized for advertising purposes. |
