Rosemont Industries was a Canadian company out of Montreal.

These clocks have a very basic structure. Note that the neon tubes have a separate hole in the face for each electrode end, rather than a wide hole that both ends pass through.

Here is one with an external ring of neon. If this is an original external tube, which it seems to be of the right age, then they may have been copying the style that we've seen on Canadian Neon Ray Company clocks. The Rosemont clock seems to be larger, with a wider face.
